Orkdal District Museum


Orkdal Farmstead is comprised of a total of 13 buildings. The Oppstuggu Berbu farm was operating as early as the mid-1300s. The buildings that are there now are from the 1800s. Svorkås farm, with its buildings from 1730 to 1850, has been moved to Oppstuggu Berbu. The Sivertsen farm and the Pålstadhusa smallholding are also among the buildings found here. The Sivertsen farm offers facilities for smaller parties. In the barn concerts and other cultural events can be arranged.
